ABOUT
Chloé Rager makes sculptures, installations, and photographs that are critically engaged with the built environment. Through investigations of material culture and architectural forms, Rager’s artworks and projects consider the often concealed relationships between body, material, and power.
Chloé engages work as a sculptor, designer, and educator based in Durham, NC. They’re a co-curator and collective member at BASEMENT, an artist-run project space that supports experimental and critical art practices in the southeast.
Through their art practice and beyond, Rager is committed to skill-sharing and collective visioning.
